Do you like to cook? If you have a passion for food, then this program is for you. Basic sanitation, related mathematics, and various cooking methods will be explored while creating some of today’s most popular meals. Students will build a repertoire of all the recipes they create in class to take home. The second week will be an advanced class finishing with a family dinner at the school.

Basic Courses
Dates: July 16-19
Time: 9 am-3:30 pm (Monday-Thursday)
Cost: $300 each week (includes lunch for participants prepared during the day)

Advanced Course (prerequisite - Basic Course or instructor's permission)
Dates: July 23-26
Time: 9 am-3:30 pm (Monday-Wednesday), 9 am-7:30 pm (Thursday)
Cost: $300 for the week (includes lunch for participants and Thursday dinner for families prepared during the day)
