These two Saturday morning classes will prepare you for the ServSafe® Food Manager exam which will take place at the end of the second class. If you have been previously certified, you may choose to attend only the second Saturday at a lower cost. With a passing grade you will receive the ServSafe® Food Manager Certificate in Food Safety. This certification is nationally recognized and accredited by the National Restaurant Association.

Certification

Time: Saturdays, December 2nd and 9th, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Cost: $185 (includes textbook and ServSafe certification exam)

Re-Certification Option

Time: Saturday, December 9th, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Cost: $125 (includes textbook and ServSafe certification exam)
