These two classes will prepare you for the ServSafe® Food Manager exam which will take place at the end of the second class. If you have been previously certified, you may choose to attend only the second Wednesday at a lower cost. With a passing grade you will receive the ServSafe® Food Manager Certificate in Food Safety. This certification is nationally recognized and accredited by the National Restaurant Association.
