Learn skills while preparing a smorgasbord of international meals with a professional chef.  Each week a different country will be explored.  This series of 4 classes is being taught by experienced chefs.

Here are the menus created for this class:

  1. Brazil - Moqueica (Seafood Stew)
  2. Morocco - Vegetable Soup - Carrots, Parsnips and Pumpkin
  3. Mexico - Pozole Verde - Chicken & Pork, Chicken Stock, Hominy Corn with green Chiles
  4. Burma - Khoa Soi (Spicy Noodle Soup) with Chicken

Bring someone with you - the second person is half price (except ingredients).  Locally sourced food will be used whenever possible.

Time: Wednesdays, 6 - 8:30 pm, October 23, 2019 - November 13, 2019

Individual: $150 for 4 classes (plus $72 for ingredients payable to instructor)

Couple: $225 for 4 classes (plus $72 for ingredients payable to instructor)
