Free Training - Culinary Arts Program

We are partnering with MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center and Franklin Hampshire Workforce Board to provide a free training program in Culinary Arts to prepare students to work in the restaurant industry as entry level prep cooks or line cooks.  Possible employment opportunities will exist in area restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes and other environments that food prep is required.

Training Requirements:

• Unemployed/Underemployed
• Complete all the required documentation with Career Center
• 18 years of age or older 
• Resident of Hampshire/Franklin Counties* (*exceptions can be made)

Course Details:

• 16 weeks training of Instructor-led classroom
• Classes start January 16, 2024 and end April 9, 2024
• Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, 4:00pm-9:00pm
