This FREE course will prepare you to work in the field of Baking and Pastry making at your local bakeries, pastry shops, grocery stores, and any other establishments that offer breads and desserts. You will earn your ServSafe Food Handler card to ensure you meet the requirements to work in these establishments.
NOTE: To participate in this program, you must meet eligibility requirements:
- Massachusetts Resident - proof required
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Unemployed or Underemployed (Franklin Hampshire County: $46,300 or less) (Hampden County: $37,100 or less).
- Must be 18 years of age or older by the time of completing the program.
- If you currently receive public benefits you are automatically eligible.
